প্রতারিত হয়েছে কারন
পাসপোর্ট করার স্বাভাবিক খরচের চেয়ে তারা কয়েকগুন বেশি
টাকা দিয়ে
পাসপোর্ট করতে দিয়েছে ।আবার পাসপোর্ট হাতে পাওয়ার
স্বাভাবিক সময়ের চেয়ে অনেক দিন পর তারা পাসপোর্ট হাতে পেয়েছে। এমনকি অনেক সাধারন মানুষ প্রতারক দালাল চক্রকে পাসপোর্ট করতে
স্বাভাবিকের চেয়ে
বেশি টাকা পয়সা
দিয়ে ও পাসপোর্ট করতে পারেনি । আবার যারা সরাসরি পাসপোর্ট অফিসে গিয়ে পাসপোর্ট করছেন তাদের ও
অনেক সময় অজ্ঞতার কারনে দীর্ঘসূত্রতার কবলে পড়ে সময় ও অর্থ নষ্ট হচ্ছে।
বর্তমানে এমআরপি পাসপোর্ট অকেজো হয়ে যাচ্ছে । বর্তমানে ই-পাসপোর্টের যুগ । এসব পাসপোর্ট অনলাইনে ডিজিটাল পদ্ধতিতে সংগ্রহ করতে হয় যা পূর্বের চেয়ে কম সময়ে ও কম খরচে হয়রানি] ছাড়াই পাসপোর্ট পেতে ইচ্ছুকরা সংগ্রহ করতে পারেন
।
যা যা লাগবে:
. জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্রের মুল কপি ও ফটো কপি /১৮ বছরের চেয়ে কম বয়সীদের জন্মসনদের মুল কপি ও ফটো কপি

. পেশাজীবি বা সরকারী চাকুরীজীবিদের ক্ষেত্রে চাকুরীর আইডিকার্ড
বা পেশাগত সনদপত্রের মুল কপি ও ফটোকপি।
. যারা পাসপোর্ট রিনিউ করবে তাদের পূর্ববর্তী পাসপোর্টের মুল কপি ও ফটোকপি।
পাসপোর্ট তৈরির ধরণ ,মেয়াদ, খরচ ও সময়
সময় বিবেচনায় বাংলাদেশে নিয়মিত ,জরুরী ভিত্তিক
(এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারী )ও অতি জরুরী ভিত্তিক (সুপার এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারী) এই তিন ধরনের পাসপোর্ট তৈরি হয় ।
আবার ৪৮ পৃষ্ঠার অথবা ৬৪ পৃষ্ঠার দুই ধরনের পাসপোর্ট তৈরি করা হয়। মেয়াদের ভিত্তিতে ৫ বছর মেয়াদী অথবা ১০ বছর মেয়াদী পাসপোর্ট তৈরি করা যায় । পাসপোর্ট পেতে ইচ্ছুক বাংলাদেশের নাগরিকেরা তাদের প্রয়োজন অনুসারে ধরণ ,মেয়াদ,
খরচ ও সময় বিবেচনায় পাসপোর্ট করে থাকেন।

ই- পাসপোর্ট করার নিয়ম
১. ই- পাসপোর্ট করার জন্য সবার প্রথমে অনলাইনে ই- পাসপোর্ট এপ্লিকেশন বা ই- পাসপোর্ট আবেদন করতে হবে।( https://www.epassport.gov.bd/landing )ইন্টারনেট এবং কম্পিউটার থাকলে ঘরে বসেই নিজে নিজে ই- পাসপোর্ট আবেদন করতে পারবেন ।নইলে নিকটস্থ যেসব দোকান থেকে পাসপোর্ট পেতে ইচ্ছুক ব্যক্তিরা ই -পাসপোর্ট আবেদন করে থাকে সেসব দোকানে গিয়ে ই- পাসপোর্ট আবেদন করতে হবে। এক্ষেত্রে নিজের এনআইডি বা জাতীয় পরিচয় পত্র , জন্মনিবন্ধন পত্র, মা বাবার এনআইডি এনআইডি বা জাতীয় পরিচয় পত্রের সাথে মিল রেখে ই- পাসপোর্ট অনলাইন আবেদনের তথ্য দিতে হবে। ই- পাসপোর্ট আবেদনের সাথে যদি এনআইডি বা জাতীয় পরিচয় পত্র , জন্মনিবন্ধন পত্র, মা বাবার এনআইডি এনআইডি বা জাতীয় পরিচয় পত্রের মধ্যে যদি গরমিল থাকে তাহলে ই-পাসপোর্ট আবেদন গ্রহণযোগ্য হবেনা, বাতিল হয়ে যাবে ।
ই- পাসপোর্ট আবেদন করার সময়ে অবশ্যই সঠিকভাবে বর্তমান ঠিকানা ও স্থায়ী ঠিকানা দিতে হবে, কোন ভুল করা যাবেনা । কারন পাসপোর্টের জন্য পুলিশ ভেরিফিকেশন হবে । ভুল ঠিকানা উল্লেখ থাকলে পাসপোর্ট পাওয়া যাবেনা।এছাড়া বর্তমান ঠিকানা অনুসারেই নিকটস্থ পাসপোর্ট অফিসে ইন্টারভিউয়ের স্থান নির্ধারিত হবে।
২. সঠিকভাবে ই-পাসপোর্ট আবেদন করা হয়ে গেলে বাংলাদেশ ই-পাসপোর্ট পোর্টালে পাসপোর্ট পেতে ইচ্ছুকদের নিজস্ব ই-মেইল পাসওয়ার্ড দিয়ে একটি একাউন্ট খুলে নিতে হবে। পরবর্তীতে প্রস্তুত করতে দেওয়া পাসপোর্টের কি অবস্থা তার আপডেট তথ্য জানতে ই-পাসপোর্ট পোর্টালে ঢুকে তথ্য জানা যাবে।
তাই ই-পাসপোর্ট করার আগে
যদি কারো এনআইডি কার্ড বা জাতীয় পরিচয় পত্র
, জন্মনিবন্ধন পত্র, মা বাবার এনআইডি কার্ড বা জাতীয় পরিচয় পত্রে যদি কোন ভুল তথ্য থাকে বা তথ্যের গরমিল থাকে তা সংশোধন করে ঠিক করে নিতে হবে।
৩. ই-পাসপোর্ট আবেদন করার পরে এপ্লিকেশন সামারি সফট কপি এবং অনলাইন রেজিষ্ট্রেশন ফরমের সফট কপির উভয় পৃষ্ঠা প্রিন্ট করে নিতে হবে। পাশাপাশি এপ্লিকেশন সামারি কপি এবং অনলাইন রেজিষ্ট্রেশন ফরমের পিডিএফ কপি সেভ করে গুগল ড্রাইভে রেখে দিতে হবে,যাতে প্রয়োজনের সময় এপ্লিকেশন সামারি কপি এবং অনলাইন রেজিষ্ট্রেশন ফরমের কপিগুলোকে কাজে লাগানো যায় ।
৪.ই-পাসপোর্ট করার জন্য ফি আজকাল অনলাইন -অফলাইন দুই ভাবেই দেওয়া যায়। আপনার সুবিধা অনুযায়ী যে কোন পদ্ধতিতে আপনি ই-পাসপোর্ট আবেদন ফরমে যে ফি দিবেন বলে উল্লেখ করেছিলেন সেই ফি ক্রেডিট কার্ড, ডেবিট কার্ড , রকেট , বিকাশ , ব্যাংকের মাধ্যমে জমা দিবেন । ব্যাংকে ই-পাসপোর্ট করার ফি জমা দিলে অবশ্যই নিকটস্থ পাসপোর্ট অফিসে ই্ন্টারভিউ দেওয়ার তারিখের আগের যে কোন দিন ফি জমা দিয়ে ব্যাংক চালান ফরমের কপি নিয়ে যেতে হবে । মোবাইলের মাধ্যমে ই-পাসপোর্ট ফি জমা দিলে ই-পাসপোর্ট ফি পরিশোধের ই-রসিদের স্ক্রীনশট ও প্রিন্ট করে রাখতে হবে । পরবর্তীতে নিকটস্থ ই-পাসপোর্ট অফিসে প্রিন্টকৃত ই-পাসপোর্ট ফি পরিশোধের রসিদের স্ক্রীনশটটি অন্যান্য প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্যের সাথে ইন্টারভিউয়ের দিন জমা দিতে হবে।
ফার্ষ্ট ইসলামী সিকিউরিটি ব্যাংক, এবি ব্যাংক, সোনালী ব্যাংক, ব্র্যাক ব্যাংক ,ডাচ বাংলা ব্যাংক, বাংলাদেশ কমার্স ব্যাংক . অগ্রণী ব্যাংক , ইসলামী ব্যাংক এবং ইষ্টার্ন ব্যাংকে ই-পাসপোর্ট ফি জমা নেওয়া হয় ।
৫. নিকটস্থ ই-পাসপোর্ট অফিসে যেদিন ইন্টারভিউ এবং বায়োমেট্রিক পরিমাপ দেওয়ার দিন সেদিন নির্ধারিত সময়ের ১ ঘন্টা আগে ইন্টারভিউয়ের জন্য রওনা হতে হবে। এ সময় ১ কপি ই-পাসপোর্ট এনআইডির মুলকপি ও ফটোকপি/ জন্মনিবন্ধনের মুল কপি ও ফটো কপি , এপ্লিকেশন ফরমের কপি , এপ্লিকেশন সামারি কপি, সাম্প্রতিক বছরের যে কোন মাসের বিদ্যু বিলের মুল কপি ও ফটোকপি, চেয়ারম্যান কর্তৃক প্রাপ্ত নাগরিক সনদপত্রের মুল কপি ও ফটোকপি, ব্যাংকের চালান ফরমের প্রিন্টকৃত কপি জমা দিতে হবে। যদি পাসপোর্ট করতে উচছুক কারো বয়স ১৮ বছরের নিচে হয় তবে বায়োমেট্রিক পরিমাপ দেওয়ার দিন অন্যান্য প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্রের পাশাপাশি জন্ম নিবন্ধনের মুল কপি ও ফটোকপির কপি আনতে হবে মা বাবার এনআইডির মুল কপি ও ফটোকপি আনতে হবে।
যারা পাসপোর্টের মেয়াদ শেষ হওয়ায় পুনরায় পাসপোর্ট রিনিউ করবে তাদেরকে আগের পাসপোর্ট ও আগের পাসপোর্টের ফটোকপি নিয়ে যেতে হবে ।
বায়োমেট্রিক তথ্য সগ্রেহের পরে আাঞ্চলিক পাসপোর্ট অফিসের কর্মকর্তারা তথ্য যাচাই বাছাই করে ডেলিভারী স্লিপ প্রদান করবে । ডেলিভারী স্লিপে উল্লেখ থাকবে কবে নিকটস্থ পাসপোর্ট অফিস হতে কোন তারিখে পাসপোর্ট সংগ্রহ করতে হবে।
৬. পাসপোর্ট ডেলিভারী দেওয়ার আগে পুলিশ ভেরিফিকেশন হয় । এক্ষেত্রে বর্তমান ঠিকানা ও স্থায়ী ঠিকানা ভিন্ন হলে দুই জায়গাতেই পুলিশ ভেরিফিকেশন হবে।
৭. এরপরে পাসপোর্ট তৈরি হয়ে গেলে মোবাইলে এসএমএসের মধ্যেমে অথবা ইমেইলের মাধ্যমে জানিয়ে দেওয়া হবে । নির্ধারিত তারিখে ডেলিভারী স্লিপ প্রদান করে পাসপোর্টটি নিয়ে আসতে হবে।
Rules for e-passport online without depending on brokers
In Bangladesh, people have been applying for MRP passports through brokers, travel agents or directly from the passport office themselves. In this case, many people have been cheated while getting passports through brokers and travel agents because they have paid several times more money than the normal cost of getting passports. Again, they have received passports after many days than the normal time of getting passports. Even many ordinary people could not get a passport by paying more money than normal to get a passport from the fraudulent brokers. Again, those who go directly to the passport office and get their passports are wasting time and money due to ignorance.
At present MRP passport is becoming useless. Now is the era of e-passport. These passports have to be collected online in a digital manner which can be collected by the aspirants to get a passport without harassment in less time and less cost than before.
What you will need:
. Original copy and photo copy of national identity card / Original copy and photo copy of birth certificate for those below 18 years of age
. Citizen certificate/Chairman's certificate
.Original copy and photo copy of address proof/electricity bill
. E-passport online application form or print copy
. Print copy of e-passport online application summary
. Original copy and photocopy of NID or National Identity Card of parents or guardians in case of children below 18 years of age.

Passport preparation type, duration, cost and time
Considering the time, three types of passports are made in Bangladesh: regular, urgent (express delivery) and very urgent (super express delivery). Again two types of passports of 48 pages or 64 pages are made. 5-year or 10-year passports can be made based on the duration. Citizens of Bangladesh who wish to get a passport get a passport according to their needs, considering the type, duration, cost and time.

Regular passport costs Tk 4025, emergency based passport costs Tk 6326, ultra urgent based passport costs Tk 8625.
64 page passport cost and time (5 years validity)
Regular passport cost is 6325 Taka, emergency based passport cost is 8625 Taka, very urgent based passport cost is 12075 Taka.
48 page passport cost and time (10 years validity)
Regular passport cost is 5750 taka, emergency based passport cost is 8050 taka, very urgent passport cost is 10350 taka.
64 page passport cost and time (10 years validity)
Regular passport cost is 8050 taka, emergency based passport cost is 10350 taka, very urgent passport cost is 13800 taka.
In this case, it will take time to get a regular passport within 21 days from the date of taking a photograph and fingerprinting (application of biometric system) at the passport office. Urgent based (Express Delivery) Passport will take 10 days from the date of taking photo and fingerprint (application of biometric system) at passport office. Super Express Delivery will take time to get passport at passport office. And within 2 days from the date of fingerprinting (application of biometric method).
E-Passport Rules
1. To apply for e-passport one must first apply e-passport application or e-passport application online. If you have internet and computer, you can apply for e-passport by yourself at home. Otherwise, people who want to get passport from nearby shops where they apply for e-passport, have to go and apply for e-passport. In this case, you have to give the e-passport online application information in accordance with your own NID or national identity card, birth certificate, NID of parents NID or national identity card. If there is a discrepancy between NID or National Identity Card, Birth Certificate, NID of parents NID or National Identity Card with e-passport application then e-passport application will not be accepted and will be cancelled.
Current address and permanent address must be given correctly while applying for e-passport, no mistake can be made. Because there will be police verification for the passport. Passport will not be available if wrong address is mentioned.
Therefore, before e-passport, if there is any wrong information in NID card or national identity card, birth registration card, parent's NID card or national identity card, it should be corrected.Besides, the place of interview will be fixed at the nearest passport office according to the current address.
2. Once the e-passport application is done correctly, those who want to get the passport on the Bangladesh e-passport portal have to open an account with their own e-mail password. To know the updated information about the status of the passport to be prepared later, the information can be known by entering the e-passport portal.
3. After applying for e-passport, print out both the application summary soft copy and the online registration form soft copy. Besides, PDF copy of application summary copy and online registration form should be saved in Google Drive, so that the copy of application summary copy and online registration form can be used when needed.
4. The fee for e-passport can be paid online and offline these days. According to your convenience, you will submit the fee mentioned in the e-passport application form through Credit Card, Debit Card, Rocket, Bikash, Bank. If you deposit the e-passport fee in the bank, you must take the copy of the bank challan form to the nearest passport office any day before the interview date. If e-passport fee is submitted through mobile, e-passport fee payment e-receipt should be taken and printed. Later the screenshot of the printed e-passport fee payment receipt along with other required information should be submitted to the nearest e-passport office.
Banks where e-passport fee can be deposited
First Islami Security Bank, AB Bank, Sonali Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch Bangla Bank, Bangladesh Commerce Bank. Agrani Bank, Islami Bank and Eastern Bank collect e-passport fee.
5. On the day of interview and biometric measurement, leave for the interview
at the nearest e-passport office 1 hour before the scheduled time. At this time

copy and photocopy, copy of application form, application summary copy,
original copy and photocopy of electricity bill of any month of recent year,
original copy and photocopy of citizen certificate obtained by chairman, bank A

their passport due to the expiry of their passport should bring their previous
passport and photocopy of the previous passport.
After collecting the biometric information, the regional passport office officials will verify the information and issue the delivery slip. The delivery slip will mention when to collect the passport from the nearest passport office.
6. Police verification is done before passport delivery. In this case, if the current address and the permanent address are different, the police verification will be done at both places.
7. After that, when the passport is ready, you will be notified via SMS or email. The passport should be brought by paying the delivery slip on the scheduled date.
