 একটি বাচ্চার প্রাক শৈশবকাল সময় তার ভাষার দক্ষতা বিকাশের উপযুক্ত সময়কাল । সাধারনত ২ থেকে ৩ বছর বয়সী শিশুদের জীবন সমালোচনামুলক মানসিক এবং শব্দার্থক বিকাশের মধ্য দিয়ে যেতে থাকে। ২/৩ বছরের ছোট বাচ্চাদের দ্রুত কথা শেখাতে অবশ্যই বাস্তব - বিজ্ঞানসম্মত  কার্যকরী পদক্ষেপ অনুসরন করতে হবে।

 

একটি ভাষা সমৃদ্ধ পরিবেশ স্থাপন:

 

ভাষা সমৃদ্ধ পরিবেশ ঘরে বজায় থাকলে একটি ২/৩ বছরের বাচ্চার  ভাষাদক্ষতা বাড়বে । বাচ্চাদের সাথে নিয়মিত কথোপকথন করা তাদের বিভিন্ন শব্দ এবং বাক্য কাঠামোর কাছে উন্মুক্ত করে, দ্রুত ভাষা প্রাপ্তির ভিত্তি স্থাপন করে।
