যে কোন কাজে সফলতার পেতে হলে যা যা করতে হবে

পৃথিবীতে সব মানুষের লক্ষ্য  বা টার্গেট থাকে  সে যে কাজই করুক না কেন সে কাজে সফলতা লাভ করা। কারন কোন মানুষই একাধারে সব কাজে সফলতা পায়না। মহান সৃষ্টিকর্তা প্রতিটি মানুষকে স্বাতন্ত্র্য  মেধা, যোগ্যতা দিয়ে পৃথিবীতে পাঠিয়েছেন ।  কেউ হয়ত পড়াশুনায় খুব ভাল , কেউ কেউ ধর্মীয় বা মানবসেবামুলক চ্যারিটিমুলক কাজে খুব ভাল,  কেউ হয়ত খেলাধুলায় ভাল, কেউ হয়ত খুব ভাল ছবি আঁকে, কেউ হয়ত উদ্ভাবনী বা গবেষণামুলক , ব্যবহারিক কাজে খুব ভাল, আবার  কেউ কেউ হয়ত সাংস্কৃতিকমুলক কাজ গান , নাচ , অভিনয়ে খুব ভাল । প্রতিটি কাজই গুরুত্বপুর্ন । কারন সমাজে সব ধরনের কাজের জন্য দক্ষ যোগ্য লোক দরকার। অর্থাৎ সব ধরনের পেশাতেই দক্ষ যোগ্য লোক দরকার। আর যে কোন কাজেই দক্ষ , যোগ্য হয়ে উঠলেই কোন মানুষ সফলতা পেতে পারে ।

তাই ছোটবেলা হতেই সফল হওয়ার জন্য চেষ্টা করে যেতে হবে। কিছু বিষয় মেনে চলতে হবে।

 

 

সফলতার জন্য করনীয়

 

১. কোন কাজে ব্যর্থ হলেও চেষ্টা করে যাওয়া

 

কোন কাজে সফলতার জন্য ঐ কাজে বারবার ব্যর্থ হলেও লেগে থাকতে হবে। হাল ছেড়ে  ঐ কাজ ছেড়ে দেওয়া চলবেনা।

 

২. সমালোচনাকে পাত্তা না দেওয়া

 

সমালোচনা প্রিয় লোকেরা সব সময়  অন্য মানুষের  সমালোচনা করার জন্য প্রস্তুত হয়ে থাকে । নিজেদের দোষ না দেখে অন্য মানুষদের নিন্দা সমালোচনা করে তারা আনন্দ পায় । তাই আপনি বার বার কোন কাজে ব্যর্থ হলে যারা সমালোচনা করে তাদের কথাকে গুরুত্ব না দিয়ে সফলতার  জন্য কাজ করে যেতে হবে।

 

৩ কঠোর পরিশ্রম করতে হবে

 

কাজে বিফল হলেও সফলতাকে টার্গেট করে আগের চেয়ে আরো পরিশ্রম বাড়িয়ে দিতে হবে। বার বার ফেল করে ব্যর্থ  ছাত্র হলেও রেজাল্ট ভাল করার জন্য কঠোর পরিশ্রম করে যেতে হবে পড়াশুনা বাড়িয়ে দিতে হবে যাতে সফলতা পেতে পারে ।  পারিবারিক , পেশাগত অথবা  অন্যান্য  ক্ষেত্রে বা সার্বিকভাবে জীবন যুদ্ধে  যারা বারবার  ফেল করা ছাত্রের মত ব্যর্থ হচ্ছেন তাদেরকে ও  যার যার  নিজস্ব কাজের ক্ষেত্রে সফলতা লাভের জন্য কঠোর পরিশ্রম বাড়িয়ে দিতে  হবে।

আর্ন্তজাতিক ও জাতীয় পর্যায়ে  বহু সফল রোল মডেল আদর্শবান মানুষকে  সফলতা অর্জনের ক্ষেত্রে  প্রচুর  বাধা অতিক্রম করে  অসম্ভবকে সম্ভব করতে হয়েছে । তাই আপনারা যারা জীবনের বিভিন্ন ক্ষেত্রে সফলতা অর্জন করতে পারছেননা বারবার ব্যর্থ হচ্ছেন সফলতা অর্জনের জন্য অবসর সময়ে ইন্টারনেট ঘেটে বিশ্বের সফল , রোলমডেল মানুষদের জীবনীগ্রন্থ    মনোযোগ দিয়ে পড়ুন  অথবা ইন্টারনেটে তাদেরকে নিয়ে যেসব শিক্ষামুলক ভিডিও তৈরি করা হয়েছে সেগুলো মাঝে মাঝে দেখুন  ।  আবার যাদের ইনটারনেট ব্যবহারের সুবিধা কম তারা  লাইব্রেরী বা বইয়ের দোকান হতে সফল , রোলমডেল মানুষদেরকে নিয়ে যেসব বই লেখা হয়েছে সেসব বই কিনে পড়বেন । এর ফলে আপনাদের নিজেদেরকে সফল মানুষ হিসেবে প্রতিষ্ঠিত করার  আগ্রহ বেড়ে যাবে।

 

 ৫.আত্মবিশ্বাসী,  সৎ , ও মনোযোগী হতে হবে

 

সফলতার জন্য প্রথমেই  আপনাকে আপনার কাজের  প্রতি শতভাগ  সৎ , বিশ্বস্ত  ও মনোযোগী হতে হবে। যতই ব্যর্থ হোন না কেন ,   যে  কোন কাজে  সফলতার জন্য নিজেকেই কাজটি ভাল করে শিখতে হবে , জানতে হবে । এর ফলে একদিন না একদিন আপনি সফল হবেনই। 

 ৬ .বন্ধু নির্বাচনে সতর্কতা অবলম্বন 

 প্রবাদ আছে 'সৎ সঙ্গে স্বর্গবাস অসৎ সঙ্গে শর্বনাশ' -তাই অতিরিক্ত বন্ধুবান্ধব , সন্ত্রাস  নেশাগ্রহনসহ অন্য কোন  অপরাধকর্মে যুক্ত আছে এমন লোকদের সাথে বন্ধুত্ব করা যাবেনা । এড়িয়ে চলতে হবে। তার পরিবর্তে অল্প হোক ভাল লোকদের সাথে বন্ধুত্ব করতে হবে , মিশতে হবে।  এতে করে নিজেকেও একজন ভাল ও সফল মানুষ হিসেবে গড়ে তোলার প্রতি আগ্রহ জন্মাবে।
