ইউক্রেন রাশিয়া যুদ্ধ, জ্বালানী তেলের মুল্য বৃদ্ধির কারনে সাময়িক কালের জন্য সারা বিশ্বেই খাদ্য দ্রব্যসহ নিত্য প্রয়োজনীয় দ্রব্যের দাম বেড়ে গিয়েছিল । কিন্তু পরবর্তী পর্যায়ে তুরষ্কের মধ্যস্থতায় ইউক্রেন- রাশিয়ার মধ্যে খাদ্যশস্য রপ্তানি চুক্তি হওয়ার পাশাপাশি জ্বালানী তেলের মুল্য স্থিতিশীল পর্যায়ে পৌছালে উন্নত , উন্নয়নশীল সারা বিশ্বেই খাদ্য দ্রব্যের মুল্য কমতে শুরু করেছে । কিন্তু বাংলাদেশে দিন কে দিন নিত্য প্রয়োজনীয় দ্রব্যসহ সকল পণ্যের মুল্য বৃদ্ধি পাচ্ছে । ডলারের অস্বাভাবিক মুল্যবৃদ্ধি ঘটছে, টাকার মুল্য কমে যাচ্ছে । । বাংলাদেশের ব্যাংকগুলি ও ডলার সংকটে ভুগছে। এদিকে মুদ্রাষ্ফীতি ও বৃদ্ধি পাচ্ছে অথচ বেকারত্ব ও কমছেনা। পদ্মা সেতু, এলিভেটেড এক্সপ্রেস সহ বড় বড় জনহিতকর প্রজেক্ট নির্মাণ ও বাস্তবায়ন করে বর্তমান সরকার সত্যিকারের প্রশংসনীয় কাজ করেছে । কিন্তু দেশের বেকার জনগোষ্ঠীর নতুন কর্মসংস্থান সৃষ্টিতে দেশি -বিদেশি বিনিয়োগ বৃদ্ধি ঘটছেনা । অথচ বাংলাদেশের মোট জনগোষ্ঠীর চার ভাগের এক ভাগ তরুন , সংখ্যার হিসেবে তরুণ জনগোষ্ঠীর সংখ্যা ৪ কোটি ৫৯ লাখ(২০২২ সালের জনশুমারী ও গৃহ গনণা প্রতিবেদন অনুসারে ) ।বাংলাদেশ পরিসংখ্যান ব্যুরো (বিবিএস) এর পরিসংখ্যান তথ্য অনুসারে ২০২৩ সালে বেকার মানুষের সংখ্যা বেড়েছে ২ লাখ ৭০ হাজার । ২০২২ সালে যেখানে বেকারের সংখ্যা ছিল ২৩ লাখ ২০ হাজার চলতি বছরে বেকারের সংখ্যা বেড়ে হয়েছে ২৫ লাখ ৯০ হাজার ।এজন্য অবকাঠামো খাতের মত উৎপাদনশীল খাত গুলোতে প্রচুর বিনিয়োগ দরকার । উৎপাদনশীল খাত গুলোতে বিনিয়োগ বাড়লে খাদ্যশস্য সহ উৎপাদনযোগ্য অন্যান্য শিল্প পণ্যের উৎপাদন বাড়বে। পাশাপাশি কর্মসংস্থান বেড়ে বেকারত্ব কমে আসবে । ক্রয় ক্ষমতা বেড়ে যাওয়ায় সামগ্রিকভাবে মানুষের চাহিদা ও তত বাড়বে। ফলশ্রুতিতে আমদানি নির্ভরতা ও কমে আসবে। উৎপাদিত দ্রব্যের চাহিদা ও যোগানের সমন্বয় হওয়ায় ভবিষ্যতে প্রয়োজনীয় দ্রব্যের দাম ও মানুষের ক্রয় ক্ষমতার মধ্যে হলে আসবে। ডলার সংকট সৃষ্টির জন্য কয়েক বছর ধরে অতিরিক্ত আমদানি নির্ভরতার মত কারন ও দায়ী । যেসব পন্য বাংলাদেশে অনেকদিন ধরেই প্রচুর উৎপাদন হয়ে আসছে উৎপাদন ব্যয় বেড়ে গেছে অথবা বাজার সিন্ডিকেটের কারনে মুল্য বৃদ্ধির অজুহাতে বিদেশ হতে আমদানি করা শুরু হয়েছে । যার সর্বশেষ সংযোজন ডিম । সাময়িক ভাবে ডিমের মত নিত্য প্রয়োজনীয় খাদ্য পন্য যা বহুদিন ধরেই বাংলাদেশে প্রচুর উৎপাদন হচ্ছে কোন ঘাটতি নেই সেসব নিত্যপ্রয়োজনীয় খাদ্যপণ্যের উৎপাদন ব্যয় হঠাৎ করে কেন বেড়ে যাচ্ছে সেসব কারন গুলো চিহ্নিত করে সমাধানের উদ্যোগ নিলে নিত্যপ্রয়োজনীয় খাদ্যপণ্যের উৎপাদন ব্যয় কমে আসবে । অন্যদিকে অসৎ বাজার সিন্ডিকেট যদি অতিরিক্ত মুনাফার লোভে নিত্যপ্রয়োজনীয় খাদ্যপণ্য মজুদ করে অথবা এসব পণ্যের মুল্য অতিরিক্ত বৃদ্ধি করে তাদেরকে সরকারীভাবে বাজার মনিটরিং করার মাধ্যমে চিহ্নিত করে আইনের আওতায় আনতে হবে। প্রয়োজনে সরকারী ভাবে নিত্য প্রয়োজনীয় খাদ্য পন্য , শিশু খাদ্যের বাজার মুল্য নির্ধারণ করে দিতে হবে। এতে ভবিষ্যতে নিত্যপ্রয়োজনীয় খাদ্যপণ্যের মুল্য কমে আসবে।

According to the statistics of Bangladesh Bureau of Statistics (BBS), the number of unemployed people has increased by 2 lakh 70 thousand in 2023. . In 2022, where the number of unemployed was 23 lakh 20 thousand, the number of unemployed has increased to 25 lakh 90 thousand this year. For this, a lot of investment is needed in productive sectors like infrastructure sector. Increased investment in productive sectors will increase production of food grains and other manufacturable industrial products. Besides, employment will increase and unemployment will decrease. As the purchasing power increases, overall human demand will also increase. As a result import dependence will also decrease. As the demand and supply of the manufactured goods are adjusted, the prices of the necessary goods will come within the purchasing power of the people in the future. Factors such as excessive import dependence over the years are also responsible for the dollar crisis. Products which have been produced in Bangladesh for a long time, the cost of production has increased or because of the market syndicate, they have started importing from abroad on the pretext of increasing the price. The last addition is eggs. For the time being, there is no shortage of essential food products like eggs, which have been produced in abundance in Bangladesh for a long time. On the other hand, if unfair market syndicates are hoarding daily essential food products for the sake of extra profit or increasing the price of these products excessively, they should be identified and brought under the law through official market monitoring. If necessary, the government should determine the market price of daily essential food products, baby food. This will reduce the price of daily necessities in the future.
