আধুনিক একবিংশ শতাব্দীর বিজ্ঞানের বিষ্ময়কর আবিস্কার হচ্ছে রোবট ও
আর্টিফিশিয়াল ইন্টেলিজেন্স বা কৃত্রিম বুদ্ধিমত্তার আবিস্কার ।
একটি যন্ত্রকে মানুষের মত বুদ্ধিমত্তা দিয়ে সেই যন্ত্রটিকে চিন্তা করানো কিংবা বিশ্লেষণ করানোর ক্ষমতা দেওয়ার ধারনাটিকে আর্টিফিশিয়াল ইন্টেলিজেন্স বা কৃত্রিম বুদ্ধিমত্তা বলে । এক্ষেত্রে বাস্তব জগতের স্বাভাবিক মানুষ তার নিজস্ব বুদ্ধিমত্তাকে কাজে না লাগিয়ে শুধু রোবটকে নির্দেশ দিলে অথবা ভার্চুয়াল জগতে আর্টিফিশিয়াল ইন্টেলিজেন্সযুক্ত বিভিন্ন এ্যাপ ব্যবহার করে নির্দেশনা দিয়েই দৈনন্দিন জীবনের যাবতীয় কাজ করিয়ে নিতে পারছে। নি:সন্দেহে রোবট , আর্টিফিশিয়াল ইন্টেলিজেন্স বা কৃত্রিম বুদ্ধিমত্তার ব্যবহার মানষের জটিল কাজকে সহজ করে দিচ্ছে , সময়ের অপচয় রোধ করছে। এছাড়া মানুষের কাছে যেসব কাজ একেবারেই অসম্ভব বা দু:সাধ্য ব্যপার রোবট আর্টিফিশিয়াল ইন্টেলিজেন্সের কাছে সেসব কাজ পানির মত সহজ।
বর্তমান সময়ে ব্যক্তিগত ব্যবহারের পাশাপাশি বানিজ্যিকভাবে রোবট ও কৃত্রিম বুদ্ধিমত্তার ব্যবহার অনেক বেড়ে গেছে। বিভিন্ন বহুজাতিক শিল্প প্রতিষ্ঠানে মানুষের পরিবর্তে রোবটকে দিয়ে কাজ চালিয়ে নেওয়া শুরু হয়েছে। এর ফলে বহু মানুষ কর্মসংস্থান হারাচ্ছে। আবার রোবট ও কৃত্রিম বুদ্ধিমত্তার ব্যবহার বেড়ে গেলে নতুন নতুন কর্মসংস্থানের সুযোগ ষৃষ্টি হবে বলে ও অনেক বিশেষজ্ঞরা মতামত ব্যক্ত করছেন। আমাজন বহুজাতিক কোম্পানি তার মার্কিন গুদামগুলোতে হিউম্যানয়েড রোবট ট্রায়াল দেওয়া শুরু করেছে যেসব রোবট মানুষের পরিবর্তে আমাজন গুদামের ভারী কাজগুলো করবে। এতে কাজ হারানোর ঝুকি তৈরি হওয়ায় আমাজনের কর্মীরা রোবট নিয়োগের বিরোধিতা করছে।
অন্যদিকে টেক জায়ান্ট কোম্পানি আমাজন তথ্য দিয়ে জানাচ্ছে , রোবটিক্স সিষ্টেমগুলো তাদের ক্রিয়াকলাপের মাধ্যমে আরো শত শত হাজার নতুন নতুন চাকরী সৃষ্টিতে সাহায্য করবে। এরই মধ্যে ৭০০ টি নতুন কাজের ধরণ রয়েছে যা আগে এই কোম্পানিতে বিদ্যমান ছিলনা
তবে খেয়াল রাখতে হবে রোবট বা আর্টিফিসিয়াল ইন্টেলিজেন্সের অপব্যবহার করে অসাধু , দুর্ণীতিবাজ প্রকৃতির লোকেরা যাতে সাধারন মানুষের সাথে প্রতারণা করে ষ্ক্যাম করে তাদের কষ্টে উপার্জিত টাকা হাতিয়ে নিয়ে পালিয়ে যেতে না পারে। কারন কয়েক মাস আগে এমটিএফই নামে এক আর্ন্তজাতিক প্রতারক এমএল এম কোম্পানি বাংলাদেশ সহ বেশ কিছু দেশের সাধারন মানুষকে আর্টিফিসিয়াল ইন্টেলিজেন্স বা রোবটের মাধ্যমে তাদের সব কার্যক্রম পরিচালিত হয় বলে চরম প্রতারনা করে । প্রথমে মাসুদ ও তার সাথে থাকা অসাধু দেশীয় ও আন্তংজাতিক প্রতারক চক্র দুবাই বসে দেশীয় কিছু এজেন্টের মাধ্যমে সাধারণ মানুষকে লোভ দেখিয়েছিল অল্প টাকা বিনিয়োগ করে প্রতি মাসে অথবা প্রতি সপ্তাহে মোটা অংকের টাকা মুনাফা পাবে বলে। প্রতারক চক্রের দেশীয় এজেন্টরা আরো বুঝিয়েছিল যেহেতু এমটিএফই 'র সমস্ত কার্যক্রম আর্টিফিসিয়াল ইন্টেলিজেন্স বা রোবটের মাধ্যমে পরিচালিত হয় তাই প্রতারণা বা ষ্ক্যাম হওয়ার কোন সুযোগ নেই । সরল বিশ্বাসে এমটিএফইতে বিনিয়োগ করে সব টাকা হারিয়ে অন্যান্য দেশের মত বাংলাদেশের মানুষ ও নিস্ব হয়েছে। যদিও বাংলাদেশে এসব প্রতারকদের বিরুদ্ধে মামলা হয়েছে তবুও দুবাইয়ে বসবাসরত প্রতারক মাসুদ ও তার সাথে অপকর্মে জড়িত দেশি বিদেশি প্রতারক চক্র এখনও ধরাছোয়ার বাইরে।তাই আর্টিফিসিয়াল ইন্টেলিজেন্সে এমন মেকানিজম থাকা উচিত যাতে দেশি বিদেশি প্রতারক চক্র আর্টিফিসিয়াল ইন্টেলিজেন্স বা রোবটের মত বৈজ্ঞানিক যন্ত্রপাতির সুযোগ নিয়ে সাধারণ মানুষের সম্পদ আর আত্মসাত করতে না পারে।
রোবট ও কৃত্রিম বুদ্ধিমত্তার বিবিধ ব্যবহার বেড়ে যাওয়ায় যারা শংকিত তাদের ভীত হওয়ার কিছু নেই রোবট ও কৃত্রিম বুদ্ধিমত্তার সঠিক ও ইতিবাচক প্রয়োগের সুফল মানব কল্যানে সুদুরপ্রসারী ভুমিকা রাখবে।

employment opportunities will be created and many experts are expressing their
opinion. Multinational company Amazon has started trialling humanoid robots in
its US warehouses that will replace humans with heavy tasks in Amazon
warehouses. Amazon workers are opposed to employing robots because of the risk
of job losses.
On the other hand, the
tech giant company Amazon informs that robotics systems will help create
hundreds of thousands of new jobs through their operations. There are already
700 new job types that did not exist in this company before
However, care must be taken to prevent dishonest, corrupt people from abusing robots or artificial intelligence so that they can cheat the common people and run away with their hard-earned money. Because a few months ago, an international fraudulent MLM company called MTFE has cheated the common people of several countries including Bangladesh by saying that all their activities are conducted through artificial intelligence or robots. At first, Masood and his unscrupulous local and international fraudsters based in Dubai lured common people through some local agents to promise huge profits every month or every week by investing a small amount of money. By investing in MTFE in good faith, the people of Bangladesh lost all their money like other countries. Although a case has been filed against these fraudsters in Bangladesh, the fraudster Masood living in Dubai and the domestic and foreign fraudsters who are involved in criminal activities with him are still out of reach.
